- Sicherstellung und Einhaltung aller relevanten Export- und Zollbestimmungen
- Erstellung von Handelsrechnungen und Durchführung von Ausfuhranmeldungen
- Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Enge Kommunikation mit dem Vertrieb und der Produktion
- Optimierung und Digitalisierung des Versandprozesses
Qualifications
Your Skills
- Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Freundliche und gute Umgangsformen
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
