Your Challenge
- Umrüstung und Prozesserstellung an Spritzgussmaschinen (Arburg, Demag, Dr. Boy)
- Abnahme und Inbetriebnahme neuer Spritzgusswerkzeuge
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Spritzgussprozessen/Werkzeugkonzepten
- Erstellung von Grundprogrammen für die Serienfertigung
- Dokumentation & Analyse von Prozessdaten sowie Erstellung techn. Berichte
- Gelegentlich Reisen zur technischen Abstimmung bei Lieferanten
Qualifications
Your Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Motivation zur Weiterbildung
- Bereitschaft gelegentlich im Zweischichtsystem zu arbeiten
- Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
