Easy to use and clearly visible evidence of the first time your product is opened. We manufacture one-piece tamper evident closures as single components in a single operation using an injection moulding method. The first time the closure is opened, the tamper evident ring tears off audibly and is then clearly visible on the bottle shoulder during further use.

They can be manually closed or closed in filling and sealing systems using semi-automatic or fully automatic processing.

Tamper evident closures, two-piece

The star amongst tamper evident closures: A classically elegant design and discreetly visible evidence of the first time your product is opened. Sensoplast two-piece tamper evident closures consist of two components made from different plastic raw materials. The closure body is made from robust PP in which a separately produced tamper evident ring made from HD-PE is installed. The first time the closure is opened, the tamper evident ring tears off audibly and is then visible on the bottle shoulder during further use.

They can be manually closed or closed in filling and sealing systems using semi-automatic or fully automatic processing.

The colour of the closure and tamper evident ring can be varied, for example, to indicate the contained product.
