Granule silo no. 5

In February of this year, it finally happened. Using an extra-wide special transporter, the new silo no. 5 was delivered to the Sensoplast Oberhonnefeld site and installed in the plastics processing area. Assembly involved two huge crane trucks, which was exciting for our employees as well as the children of the local nursery. It was several hours before the silo reached its final position. The silo was made by the company Achberg and is 10 metres high with a volume of 58 cubic metres. In future, our five silos should ensure that we have sufficient raw material capacity for our injection moulding machines.
